Guy Chantepleure

Guy Chantepleure , born the 1870 with Paris and dead the June 26th 1951 with Mayenne, is a writer E French E. Guy Chantepleure is the pseudonym of Mrs. Edgar Dussap, born Jeanne-Caroline Violet.

Biography

It is the auteure of very romantic works.

Edgar-Etienne Dussap (deceased in 1950) was French Consul to Athens. His wife was with him in the town of Janina, then Turkish, when it was besieged by the Greeks in 1912 - 1913. Their role, in difficult circumstances, was very of intelligence and energy. It was then in station with Sidney, from where the voyage describes in Escales océaniennes in New Caledonia on the Perugia . It resided a dozen years in the town of Mayenne.

A street of Janina bears the name of Guy Chantepleure.
