Gurtenfestival
Gurtenfestival is a festival of four days music taking place each year on the hill of Gurten with Bern. The program is composed above all of groups of the scene pop (alternate) and rock'n'roll.
Many sizes of the Swiss music scene make their appearance regularly there.
The first edition of Gurtenfestival took place at the time of the summer 1977. In the beginning, a pop festival of restricted size, Gurtenfestival was established in 29 years of existence as a musical event impossible to circumvent on the Swiss scene and enjoys an important press coverage.
A diversified program, a single geographical location and a pleasant environment knew to allure a faithful public. With a growing public, the festival accommodates stars more and more international.
