The ministry for the Safety of the State ( Guoanbu , in Chinese simplified: 国家安全部, in Pinyin: Guojia anquan drunk ), called also ms (Chinese Ministry off State Security) is the agency of safety and probably the Secret services of the Popular republic of China. Its address is 14, rue Dongchang ' year (East Chang' year Street) beside the Ministère of the public safety of the Popular republic of China ( Gonganbu ) to Beijing.

Ministry for the Safety of State

The current ministry was founded the June 6th 1983 and inaugurated on July 1st of the same year during the fusion of the Diaochabu (central Department of investigation) with the services of against-espionage of the ministry for the Public safety of the Popular republic of China, service which is officialized during the 1st transfer of the 6th Popular national assembly. It is load of against-espionage, including soldier, of the external information, the frontier guards, the fight against the political opponents

The Diaochabu (central Department of investigation) is the intelligence service external of the RPC. This service was to create in 1928 under the name of Shihuibu (central Department of the social affairs) in order to inform the leaders of the PCC. This service, once the Communists made at the capacity, turned to the information abroad. It is watch very active passing from the Agit-prop during the cold war with scientific and economic espionage nowadays.

Sometimes these agents did the one of the topicality such Larry Wu-Tai Chin, sino-American working with the Foreign Broadcast Information Service, a service of Renseignement of open sources of the the CIA which provides 1952 to 1985 of information in Diaochabu and committed suicide at the time of its lawsuit.

  • Department of the exterior security: Depends on the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Chinese and charged, according to the site of this Ministry, " To apply the policy of China as regards not-conventional safety; to lead studies and research on subjects given; to ensure the coordination and the treatment of the businesses extérieures."
