Geography
Doulovo (in Bulgarian: bg Дулово) is a city of the North-East of the Bulgaria, in the oblast of Silistra (third city in the face). It is Chef-lieu of the obchtina of Doulovo
Its geographical coordinates are 43° 49 ' NR, 27° 9 ' E. Its altitude is of 237 meters above the sea level.
History
Doulovo, which was then a village, is mentioned for the first time in an Othoman document of 1573. As of before the release of Bulgaria in 1878, it had a mixed population: Bulgarian come from the area of Preslav and Turks, which is currently still true.
