- March 7th: Manuel II Paleologist flees of Brousse where he was prisoner of the Othomans and returns triumphantly to Constantinople.
- Beginning of the Manual reign of II Paleologist, Byzantine Emperor (until in 1425). It drives out throne its nephew Jean VII Paleologist and undertakes a great diplomatic round in Occident which does not bring back anything to him.

the clerk Fernando de Ecija sermon with Seville, seeking to cause the massacre of the “deicides”, while in Aragon the Dominican saint Vincent Ferrier tries to convert the Jews peacefully.
- June 4th: A violent riot devastates the Jewish district of Seville before gaining the Andalusia and the Aragon (5 to 10.000 victims). Many conversions follow (1391 - 1419).
- August 5th: With Barcelona, the foreign sailors and employees plunder the juderia , before raising themselves against the city. Borja, on the Èbre, the queen Violente of Aragon however allows the corregidor S of the Aljama to buy weapons to defend herself.
- August 24th: The Jews of Palma de Majorque are massacred. The survivors must convert.
- the Chief rabbi of Burgos, Solomon ha-Levi, is made baptize with all its family (July) and will become bishop of Burgos under the name of Pablo de Santa Maria. He and his/her brother Alvar de Santa Maria will be virulent writers anti-semites. In Aragon, Josuah ha-Lorki of Alcañiz becomes Jerome de Santa Fe.
