Green

The green is a complementary Couleur corresponding to the Lumière which has a wavelength ranging between 490 and 570 Nm. The human eye has a receiver, called cone M, whose Band-width is centered on this Fréquence. The “green” term represents a whole of Couleur S bordering this primary green color. It is very frequent in nature. The plants containing of the Chlorophylle are green.

Symbolic system

Green dyes

Basiquement, the green is obtained in Peinture (gouache, watercolour or oil-base paint) quite simply by mixing a primary education blue (Cyan) with Jaune. The green is thus regarded as a secondary color.
