Álvaro Uribe Calve , in its quality of president of the Republic of Colombia, constitutes, under the terms of article 115 of the Colombian constitution, the chief of the Gouvernement of Colombia.
Álvaro Uribe was elected for a first mandate the May 26th 2002, re-elected for a second mandate the May 28th 2006.
