Governed Ovion

Régis Ovion is a runner cyclist French born the March 3rd 1949 with the Vigneux-on-Seine.

It became professional on October 1st 1972, after a brilliant career among amateurs.

Among amateurs, he is champion of military France of continuation in 1969, champion of France of continuation by teams in 1971, then, the same year, world champion on road. This year it gains also the Turn of the future in front of Maertens and Viejo.

In the tread, at the professionals, it is 2nd championship of the world 1973 and winner in 1975. It obtains 21 victories at the professionals. It stops its career in 1982.
