Gili islands

The Gili are 3 small islands ( gili wants to say " île" in language Sasak): Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan, off the north-western coast of the island of Lombok in Indonesia.

Gili are a destination very appraisal of the tourists in search of robinsonnades. They offer many small lodgings generally consisting of huts. The local inhabitants generally live in the undulating interior of the islands. The motor vehicles are prohibited by local decree, so that the means of the simplest transport is the bicycle or the horse-drawn carriage called cidomo .

There is possibility of making Plongée, although the prices are relatively high because of a local trust.
