Georgika (Diophane de Nicée)
Georgika or Géorgique (of the old Greek Γεωργικα / agriculture ) is the name of a treaty on agriculture writes in Ier front S. JC written by Diophane de Nicée. It was composed of six books which were a summary of the twenty books of the treated of Cassius Dionysus d' Utique.
This treaty is lost but Varron was strongly inspired some for its own treaty rerum rusticorum . Of more than many extracts find in Byzantine compilation geoponika .
