Georges-Marie Haardt

Georges-Marie Haardt (1884-1932) was sales manager then managing director at the beginning for Citroen during twenty years and friendly near to André Citroen.

Biography

Born with Naples in 1884 Belgian parents, naturalized French in 1914. It during twenty years was attached to Citroen, initially like sales manager then as managing director.

It was named chief of three forwardings Citroen, initially through the the Sahara, then Africa (black Croisière), then Asia (yellow Croisière). It is at the conclusion of a pneumonia contracted during this last forwarding, on the way of the return, which he dies in Hong-Kong on March 16th 1932.
