Geography of the Limousin
North, the West and Are area are traversed by rivers belonging to the basin of the the Loire (Vienna, Creuse, Gartempe, Taurion, Briance…), South by rivers belonging to that of the the Dordogne (Vézère, Corrèze, Isle…). The area is crossed by two Fleuves: the the Dordogne and the Charente (which takes its source in High-Vienna).
