Géode

Géode is located in the Parc of the Villette, in the {{XIXe}} district of Paris ().

Built by the architect Adrien Fainsilber and the engineer Gerard Chamayou, it was inaugurated the May 6th 1985. Others géodes exist in France, but this one constitutes with the cupola of the Sport hall only the géode of the Paris region, since the closing of that of Defense in 2001. Although Géode opened its doors one year before the Cité of sciences and industry, it is attached to him today.
