Frank Linsly James is a British explorer , born in 1851 and died in 1890.
James explores the Sudan, the Somalia, the India and the Mexico. He makes appear in 1883 Experiences and Adventures During Three Winters Spent in the Sudan and The Unkown Horn off Africa; year Exploration from Berbera to the Leopard To rivet . It is killed by an elephant which it had wounded.
George Ernest Shelley (1840-1910) dedicates to him in 1885 the Tchagra of James, Tchagra jamesi .
