François Péron (resistant)

François Péron , born the February 16th 1904 with Penmarc' H (Finistere), dead the February 25th 1941 with Concarneau (Finistere), is a Résistant French.

He is sailor-fisherman with Penmarc' H (Finistere). He is demobilized in June 1940.

Mingled with a brawl with a German patrol during an identity check, it is arrested and imprisoned with Quimper. He is condemned to died by a German military tribunal. while trying to escape, it breaks a leg. It is related to a stretcher to be shot in Keriolet in Concarneau and shown a great courage. It is buried in its native village.

It is made Compagnon of the Release the August 17th 1941.
