François Liénard of Mivoye

François Liénard of Mivoye is a ichtyologist French which settled with the Mauritius. It was the first treasurer of the Société of local natural history, which it founded in August 1829 with Charles Telfair, Wenceslas Bojer, Jacques Delisse and Julien Desjardins. Several Espèce S marine such as Conus lienardi bears its name.
