Fixed pigmented erythema

The pigmented erythema fixes is a dermatological lesion having the aspect of a brown spot ovalaire, limited well, single but sometimes multiple. Initially, the spot was érythémateuse.

This lesion is a pure Toxidermie: with each catch of the same drug, the spot becomes érythémateuse, pruriginous, infiltrated, sometimes it takes the aspect of authentic a bubble. With the stop of the catch of the drug, the spot becomes again brown and lasts several years.
