Firmin Bouisset

Etienne Maurice Firmin Bouisset , born with Moissac (Tarn-et-Garonne) the September 2nd 1859 and died in Paris in 1925, is an illustrator, lithographer and poster artist French.

Resulting from a family of the working class, it is received with the contest of the École of the fine arts in 1880 and exposes two fabrics the same year to the Living room. It illustrates very many books and albums for children and is made known especially for its advertizing posters, in particular the little girl of the Meunier chocolate and the small schoolboy of the cookies LU.
