Financial pole of the court of Paris

The financial pole of the Tribunal of Paris is a structure specialized in the instruction of the financial offenses and the politico-financial businesses. It counts thirteen examining magistrates. The senior of the judges of the pole is Francoise Neher.

Two important figures, Philippe Courroye and Renaud Van Ruymbeke, emitted the wish of a change.

Five of the thirteen judges of the pole were mobilized by the Affaire Clearstream 2. The instruction relating to the sale of frigates by Thomson-CSF with Taiwan in 1991 (Business of the frigates of Taiwan), was entrusted since 2001 to Renaud Van Ruymbeke and Dominique de Talancé, dispossession in June 2006.
