Felguera

Felguera is the largest parish of the municipality of Langreo, in the Asturies, in Spain, and the largest locality too. Felguera is the fifth locality of Asturies with a population of 20.200 inhabitants.

The principal sites of the city are the church San Pedro, the church Santa Lourdes, the old Industrial sites, the Houses of the street of the Sizzo Account, the old College Room, the Villa of the Engineers, the statue of Pedro Duro, the art gallery Úrculo, the market, and three parks (Dolores F. Duro, Sutu and Gargía Lago).

In the past it was the iron and steel center most important of the country and aujoud' today Felguera shelters the Musée of the Iron and steel industry and the pole of new technologies, Valnalón .
