Michel Heinrich , Politician French and Pharmacist, born the February 15th 1946 with Thann (Haut-Rhin). Mayor of Épinal since 1997. He was before the first assistant of Philippe Séguin.

He is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the district of the the Vosges (1st). He belongs to the group UMP. Re-elected appointed as of the first turn on June 10th, 2007, for the XIII E legislature (2007 - 2012) with 53,15% of the voices.
