Ettore Bugatti of its true name Ettore Arco Isidoro Bugatti (born the September 15th 1881 - August 21st 1947) is a inventor and Designer in Mécanique avant-gardist of genius Italy N and one of the pioneers founders of the Industrie Automobile of Luxe and automobile Sport with the Automobile S Bugatti in Alsace. He is the father of Jean Bugatti and the brother of the sculptor Rembrandt Bugatti.
Biography
In 1881 it is born the September 15th with Milan in Italy in a family from Artistes Italy NS. He is the son of the cabinetmaker Designer Artiste Italy N Carlo Bugatti and of Thérèsa Lorioli. He has a sister elder Deanice Bugatti and an younger brother, celebrates it sculptor Rembrandt Bugatti born in 1884. He is also the nephew of the painter Giovanni Segantini and his/her large paternal father Giovanni Luigi Bugatti is a Sculpteur and famous Architecte in Italy.
Its family is established quickly with Milan or it passes all its childhood. After traditional studies, he attends the Académie of the Art schools of Milan or he studies the Sculpture with his brother Rembrandt Bugatti.
Inventor in mechanics of genius
In 1895 14 years old, one offers a motor tricycle to him which it modifies. In 1899 18 years old, it takes part in races of cars and motor bikes/three-wheeled in Italy of north and develops its taste for speed. It controls to him even its racing car and finished second of the race Paris - Bordeaux at the mean velocity of 80 km/h.
In 1901 20 years old, it builds its first car, the Bugatti Type 2. (4 cylinders, 3000 Cm3 for 60 km/h with one limp 4 speeds + 1 step back). The company Dietrich Bugatti settles with Niederbronn to 50 km in the north of Strasbourg. It improves its Bugatti Type 2 then designs and produces the Dietrich Bugatti Type 3, Type 4, Type 5, Type 6 and Type 7 sold with approximately 100 specimens. In a report on the DE DIETRICH family, it is made state of an argument between DE DIETRICH and Ettore Buggati. In 1904 DE DIETRICH gives up the Industrie Automobile. Ettore Bugatti joins Emile Mathis to continue the adventure with the mark of popular car of great series Mathis with Graffenstaden to 10 km in the south of Strasbourg.

Of 1914 with 1918 during the First World War Ettore Bugatti leaves the Alsace for the Italy then for the France for which it conceives Moteur S of Avion of 16 Cylindre S in 2 lines of 8. American aviation acquires the license of this exceptional engine to manufacture 5000 of them. It manufactures of them finally 50 because of the end of the conflict.
In 1924 it presents in August its famous Bugatti Type 35 to the automobile Grand Prix of France to Lyon. In 1927 Ettore and Jean conceive the Bugatti Type 43 (8 cylinders, incredible speed for the time of 170 km/h), the Bugatti Type 44 (more than 1000 sold specimens) and Bugatti Type 45 in 1929 (16 cylinders, 48 valves, doubles Compresseur S drawn by Jean)
1929 with 1936 leaves the series Bugatti Type 46 or “small royal”, the model last conceived by him even (8 Cylindre S of 5,3 liters sold with 500 specimens). Attempts at resurrection of Bugatti

In 1987 the Entrepreneur Italy N Romano Artioli repurchases the license Bugatti, founds Bugatti Automobili SpA and presents the day of the 110e birthday of the birth of Ettore Bugatti (September 15th 1991) the most powerful car and most innovative of the world of then, the Bugatti EB110 (12 Cylindre S overfed by 4 Turbocompresseur S, 560 horses for 342 km/h (world records 1992 for a road vehicle), 4 driving wheels, frame in Carbon fiber, body in Aluminum.
