Etogo

Etogo is the signature of a painter of the Cameroun. One of its works (a woman with the bust stripped vĂȘtue of a loincloth) was on sale in the streets of Yaounde in 1991. Now property of a collection deprived in Canada. This work is an ethnographic representation without similar of an aspect of the culture of Cameroun. This work could be compared with the Venus de Milo as being black Venus of Etogo. Achieved portraitist, Etogo registers this work in the furrow of the style of Paul Kane celebrates Canadian painter.
