Estéous
The Estéous is a Affluent right of the Adour, downstream from Maubourguet in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
Etymology
Estéous is an alternative of the name of village Esténos, after weakening of N .
Geography
Estéous collects mainly water of the slope is active relief of Souyeaux (in the east of Tarbes) to Rabastens-with-Bigorre. It runs out towards north then inflects towards the North-West in a movement parallel with that of the Arros. It crosses - and lodges during a few kilometers - the Canal of Alaric, then joins in the Adour with Labatut-River.
