Emile Jacqmain
Emile Jacqmain (1860-1933) was a Politician Libéral of Brussels. It was exiled in 1914 with Maurice Lemonnier to have defended the rights of the Belgian Citoyens at the time of the occupation, while at the same time Adolphe max was stopped.
The Boulevard Emile Jacqmain in the center of Brussels as well as the Lycée Emile Jacqmain were named in its commemoration.
