Election of the national advisers in Mali 2007
the election of the national advisers was held with the Mali the 18 March 2007. The national advisers, sitting at the High council of the Communities, are elected by the communal advisers because of 8 in each area and 8 for the district of Bamako. The Malians of outside elect three advisers.
