Anguille is the vernacular Nom of Poisson S longiformes. Most known are fish very snuffed in the gastronomy, as well in Europe as in Asia. The eels do not have pelvic fins and its pectoral is small.
Les populations of eels is in strong regression in the world, probably for several reasons; Surpêche, Pollution, disturbance endocrinienne. The European eel ( Anguilla anguilla ) is regarded as threatened and protected in a great number of countries. This species is the subject of attempts at artificial propagation.
