E-marketing

The E-marketing is a field of the Marketing based on the achievement of objectives by the use of technologies of electronic communication such as Internet, the E-mail, the E-book, the Databases, and the Cellphone. It is a term more general than that of Cybermarketing which is limited technically to the use of Internet.

It is generally a Marketing of the services or, in the case of trader sites, a marketing of products with a strong component of services. Traditional marketing is largely exceeded by the concepts of emarketing because of the strong impact of technology and the human factor in the operations of marketing and in the sales transactions. The Web 2.0 and the Web 2.B make evolve relational and interactive dimensions emarketing to a new stage more " communautaire" and " participative".

In the work (chapter 5) of Olivier Bender of the Facilys company (available free on its site) on E-Marketing and Web 2.0, it states, that " The techniques E-marketing make it possible to develop the client relationship with a level ever reached before: the permanent interaction is from now on of setting.
