Dyssomnie

The dyssomnies form a whole of consistent sleep disorders in a deterioration of the quantity and quality of the Sommeil.

There exist three types of dyssomnies:

  • deficiencies in sleep . They are the Insomnie S

the Narcolepsie - Cataplexie
  • the idiopathic Hypersomnie
  • the recurring Hypersomnies
  • psychiatric hypersomnies
  • secondary hypersomnies with medical disorders

    • disorders of the circadian rate/rhythm (or rate/rhythm day before-sleep):
Syndrome of delay of phase of the sleep
  • Syndrome in advance of phase of the sleep
  • Syndrome hypernycthéméral (or standard syndrome free-course)
  • Cycle irregular day before-sleep
  • Jet lag (syndrome)
  • Shift work

One should not confuse the dyssomnies with the Parasomnie S , which are behavioral disorders occurring in margin of the Sommeil.
