Dragon will zakura

Dragonzakura (ドラゴン桜 - the cherry tree of the dragon ) is a Japanese Televised series ( drama ) in 11 episodes diffused between the July 8th and the October 16th 2005 on the network TBS. It is founded on the Manga éponyme of Norifusa Mita.

Synopsis

The college of Ryuzan, worst with Tōkyō, is covered with debts (the fact that it is full dunces does not arrange the things). It is the school beginning of the year and the director, the heavy heart, announces with her teaching team that the college will have to close its doors and that they will find all with unemployment.

Sakuragi Kenji is the lawyer appointed to officialize the closing of the establishment. When it arrives on the spot, it surprises a brawl between two students. From its past of delinquent and the difficulties which it met to arrive at the position that it currently occupies, it comes to him an idea which seems incredible to the teachers of the establishment: to send five students to the most prestigious university of Japan (Todai). It will constitute a special preparatory class for that including/understanding of the pupils who were intended for a dark future, and by methods of teaching… how to say… special, to try to start again its career and consequently occasion to save the college.
