Doppelbock
The Doppelbock is a Bière of high fermentation or low, strong in alcohol and brewed primarily in Bavaria in the Southern of the Germany. It can be fair or brown.
The Doppelbock are brewed starting from a primitive Densité of must between 18 % and 21 % constitute thus a variety Bock .
