Djoumagoulov charms
Charms Djoumagoulov (in Cyrillic: АпасДжумагулов or АпасЖумагулов) (September 19th 1934 -) is a Kyrgyz politician , Prime Minister between the December 14th 1993 and the March 24th 1998.
Djoumagoulov leaves graduate Géologie and Minéralogie of the Institute of the Pétrole and the gas Goubkine, with Moscow. He undertakes a political career starting from 1973, becoming secretary of the central committee of the communist party of RSS of Kirghizie in 1979, then president of the Council of Ministers of RSS of Kirghizie in 1986.
At the time of the vote for the designation of the first president of the Republic of Kirghizie (not yet independent) the October 25th 1990, Djoumagalov is presented like Absamat Masaliev. None of the two candidates obtains the majority of the votes and the choice of the president thus returns to the Supreme Soviet of the Republic which names Askar Akaev the October 27th 1990.
The December 14th 1993, Djoumagoulov is named Prime Minister for Kirghizstan by Askar Akaev. He resigns of his post of Prime Minister the March 24th 1998. He leaves his place to Joumabek Ibraimov. Djoumagoulov is Kyrgyz the Prime Minister remained longest in function. From 1998 with 2003 he is ambassador of Kirghizstan near the Germany with Berlin.
