David Shore

David Shore , born the July 3rd 1959 with London (Ontario, Canada) is a producing Scénariste, and more rarely, a Canadian Réalisateur .

Biography and career

David Shore is the only one of his family which works on television. Indeed, his/her twin brothers, Philip and Robert are Rabbin S. David studied with the Université of Toronto and worked as a municipal lawyer and of company, with the Canada before moving with Los Angeles where it began its career on television, as a scenario writer. He started while being the scenario writer of the Canadian televised series, a tandem of shock ( Due South ) before becoming one of the producers of NYPD Blue . Besides he had two nominations with the Emmy Award S for his work on this series.

He worked thereafter for series like Family Law , Hack and Century City but did not have as much success than during its preceding work. In 2004, it produces Dr. House; whereas NBC refused, FOX accepted it and at the end of the first season, the series became one of successes of the season 2004-2005. David was the scenario writer of 5 episodes of this first season, of which the pilot episode and the last but one episode. Thanks to this work, it gained, in 2005, a Emmy Award, that of the Meilleur scenario for a serial or drama series .

Thanks to the success of the televised series, Shore recently signed a generous contract for a third season. Currently, he lives with Encino, a district of Los Angeles, with his Judy wife and their three children.
