A antagonistic 5HT₃ or antagonistic of the Sérotonine is a Médicament used to control nausea S and Vomissement S induced by the Chimiothérapie or the Radiothérapie.

Their role is rather to prevent nauseas and vomiting, from where interest to manage them right before the cure of chemotherapy.
