Dash of golf
See also: Swing
The dash of Golf is the movement carried out with an aim of bringing an energy, using a club, with the ball so that she traverses the desired distance. One calls this movement the swing . Any golfor has a clean swing but this one comprises quasi-fundamental elements all the same:
- back-swing : It is about a rotation of the bust and not of the arms backwards. One can call over-swing the fact of going too much far behind what can make it possible to put more speed in the club but on the other hand it loses in precision.
- then of an opposite rotation, forwards, and of a launching of the arms towards the target, part called finish .
It is the rotation which involves the arms. A good swing must get the most possible energy with the ball by striking it in full center of the club. A full rotation involves a complete swing and a half-rotation a half-swing.
