The museum Dapper is a Parisian Musée dedicated to the African arts.

Since its creation in 1986, the Dapper museum contributed to the knowledge of African arts with the design of many exposures. By the care taken to the setting in space of the objects, it became one from the principal places in Paris where one can admire examples of the African sculpture.

To the promotion of arts of Africa from now on all the other cultural aspects of the diasporas resulting from the " are added; Continent noir". The Dapper museum also proposes with the public, by the means of the meeting, cinema or performing arts with artists with the most various sensitivities come from mongrel Africa or companies. Spectacles very public and meetings of tales also form part of the regular programming of the theater.

Since 1986, the Dapper Editions, which depend on the activity of the museum, have the role to make known the artistic inheritance of sub-Saharan Africa (Dapper Art schools) and of its diasporas. For submission to the adults and young people, other collections call on contemporary Africa in its diversity and its immense richness.
