Damalisque

The damalisques ( Damaliscus ) form a kind Alcelaphinae .

Near morphologiquement to the Antelope S, they divide the same habitat of the South Africa to the Kenya

They include/understand three S:

  • Damaliscus hunteri (P.L. Sclater, 1889) - Hirola or Damalisque de Hunter

  • Damaliscus lunatus (Burchell, 1823) - Topi or Tsessebe or Sassabi
  • Damaliscus pygargus (Pallas, 1767) - Blesbok or Bontebok
