Damage of approval

It is used to characterize impossibility for the person, provisional or final, to continue to practice activities of leisures which were regular before the accident.

From now on it was extended to the repair of the reduction in the pleasures of the life related on impossibility or the difficulty of devoting itself to normal acts of the everyday life.

The Council of Europe had, in a decision of March 14th, 1975, declared that the victim of an accident was to be compensated for the unit for the disorders and nuisances which it underwent following an accident, such as faintnesses, insomnia etc

For example the Court of appeal could grant a damage of approval to a person who could not make her garden any more, to maintain her house and to walk.

Formerly compensated by the damage for approval, the sexual Préjudice is the subject from now on of a share treatment.
