Cultivator

A cultivator is an agricultural machine motorized for the work of the ground. It has two wheels to be able to advance when the blades do not turn. It is generally of low power, its control and the work of the ground is ensured by a man foot.

Used mainly in Horticulture, Truck farming, Arboriculture and in gardening, the cultivator is equipped with a Thermal engine (gasoline or diesel), generally provided with a single Essieu to two Roue S motor coaches, of two will mancherons carrying the handles of order and a Prise of various force allowing to actuate Outil S tractor drawn or carried.

In Gardening, the cultivator is often used to prepare the ground at the beginning of season to replace traditional work to the spade.

Europeans use mainly a cultivator for their own garden whereas in Asia, it is regarded as an agricultural machine with whole share (for work in the rice plantations for example).

A cultivator will be able to receive wheels, whereas the motobineuse one, from size generally more reduced can receive only rotary tools.
