Croupier

A croupier is an employee of casino which is charged to take and pay the bets, or to attend a table of plays.

In general, the croupier works only for his wages and does not have personal interest in the result of the play. However, in the American casinos in particular, a lucky player can share his profits by offering a Pourboire to the croupier. The croupier with the practice to accept a generous tip by saying " Thank you for the employés" , since the majority of the tips are divided between the personnel.

To involve itself to be a croupier of casino is different in each country:

  • In Europe, the croupiers have tendency to initially learning the caster. Complicated plays as the Craps are usually reserved to the most qualified croupiers.
