Court of Appeal of Paris

The Court of Appeal of Paris is the greatest appelate jurisdiction of France by the number of businesses treated by the courts concerned with its district which extends on the departments from Paris, of the Seine-et-Marne, of the Yonne, the the Essonne, the Seine-Saint-Denis and the the Valley-of-Marne.

Its buildings are in Paris, with the Law courts (on the island of the City).

The Court of Appeal is chaired since 2007 by Jean-Claude Magendie , the Public prosecutor of Paris being Laurent Mesle.
