Geography

Courgevaux, whose average altitude is of 475 meters, is located at 2,5 kilometers in the south-west of Morat, the place chief of the district of the Lake, in the canton of Freiburg. The commune extends in a broad basin which the brook of the Mill crosses and is delimited in the south by a timbered hill, Boulary.
