The county of Valley is a county of the the United States located in the State of Idaho. In 2000, the population was of: 7651 inhabitants. Its seat is Cascade. The county was created in 1917 and was named in the honor of the long valley of the northern fork of the river Payette. This valley is now covered by an artificial lake created after construction with the stopping with Cascade.
