The County of Suffolk (English: Suffolk County ) is a county of the State of New York, located on Long Island. With the census of 2000, the county was populated of: 1419369 inhabitants, divided on a surface immersed of: 2363 km ². Density of the county east thus carried to 617 h/km ².
