County of Otero (New Mexico)
The county of Otero is one of the 33 counties of the State of the New Mexico, with the the United States of America, the border with the Texas. It was founded the 30 January 1899 and named in homage to Miguel A. Otero, which was representing territory with the Congrès of 1856 with 1861.
