County of Dublin
The County of Dublin (Irish: Contae Átha Cliath ) is the administrative unit of the Irish Republic which contain the town of Dublin, capital and more big city of the Irish Republic, as well as the counties of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal and Southern Dublin.
Dublin is localized on the east coast of Ireland in the province of Leinster. The area had the statute of County until its dissolution in 1994. On this date, and in answer to a report/ratio of the the Council of Europe presenting of Ireland like the State more centralized European Union, it was decided that the county of Dublin was ungovernable and problematic for the exercise of the local democracy. The county dissolved and was replaced by three new counties: Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal and Dublin-South.
