Corpses

the Corpses is a group of Parisian Punk and Metz-native.

They played besides in the concerts of good-byes of Lucrate Milk (1984) and Bérurier Noir (1989).

After one period deluded with instability and multiple changes of formation ( 1979 - 1984 ), strewn with galères and wafers (several 45 Trs or E.P.s, Split-Maximum with the Vatican , and of the participations has many compilations: to see their discography-river), they are definitively séparerent.

The Corpses re-appeared the such phoenixes in 1986. Pox , the illustrissime singer god of the punkettes, remains only survivor of the original formation, then was joined by a band of décérébrés unconscious of the incurred risks: Manevy (guitar), Jerome (low), Eric (battery). Finally, the parachuting of Cyril to the second guitar led to the final line-up.

The Corpses separate in 1996 after their album Autant carries blood of it. This ultimate recording was alas very promising with very good pieces and an unequalled sound. Pox then takes again the song in the Infraktion group.

In 2000, the Corpses are reformed to four for some concerts. They even envisage to leave a new album but that will not finally be done.

In 2001, Vérole takes part in the creation of Darling Genocide, trio " synth-punk" in which he plays of synthé. After several change of line-up, the group separates, with, on a side, €uroshima (always with Vérole - myspace.com/euroshimyspace), and other, ESTHETIC TERRORIST (www.aesthetic-terrorist.com). Projects of compilations and specific reformations are in the air for the year 2007.
