Constitutional order
In France, the constitutional order is composed of three jurisdictions:

arbitration Court of the Community. In spite of its short existence - located during the time of the Community made up enters the republic and the people of DOM-TOM. - it ruled on the litigations which have occurred between the Member States of the Community.
- the second jurisdiction instituted definitively by the constitution of July 27th, 1993 was made up of two Courses.
- the first the high Court of justice which has as a function to judge the acts of the President of the Republic.
- the other, Court of justice of the Republic , which has as a function to judge the acts - qualified crime or of offense - members of the government.
- Enfin the third jurisdiction is the Constitutional council which checks the conformity of the bills with the constitution, before their promulgation.
