Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon

The Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon is a white Wine Italian of the area Friuli-Venezia Giulia equipped with a name DOC. since July 20th, 1970. Only to DOC. the white wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located at the North-East of the Province of Udine in the communes of Tarcento, Nimis, Faedis, Povoletto, Attimis, Torreano, San Pietro Al Natisone, Prepotto, Premariacco, Buttrio, Manzano, San Giovanni Al Natisone and Corno di Rosazzo.

The Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon riserva, primarily in relation to ageing, and the Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon superiore.

Organoleptic characteristics
