College Saint-Charles

The Lycée Saint-Charles is a general high school and technological located in the 1st district of the town of Marseilles.

It is composed of:

A certain number of personalities studied or taught in this college. Élie Kakou was one of its pupils and Georges Pompidou taught there the letters at the beginning of his career.

The building for the general matters has 4 stages:

the ground floor: Computer rooms and C.D.I
the 1st stage: Offices of CPEs, office of the headmaster, office of the associated headmaster, intendance, secretariat, rooms of permanence, " the life scolaire" (office of the supervisors, or the absences and delays are announced), control rooms, room of the professors…
the 2nd stage: Classrooms, toilets…
the 3rd stage: Classrooms, toilets…
the 4th stage: Classrooms.

The scientific building him, is composed only of 2 levels:

1st stage for the courses of physics-chemistry (a room of Profs is integrated there)
2nd stage for the courses of life sciences and ground (a room of Profs is also integrated there).

Each year, around at the end of November - at the beginning of December is organized a paying spectacle in the versatile room, with the profit of the téléthon. Dances, concerts, imitations etc are with the program. The price is of 2 euros for each person. The college has also a preparatory class ECE for the universities of trade.
